When will my credit card be charged?

I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it?
If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened items only. A 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will apply. Our full return policy is available on the Terms of Sale agreement.
